I have always been a romance novel reader since my teen years. My friends had to laugh because they couldn’t believe that I read Romance Novels by Mills and Boon. They said I was not the type which I could understand since back in those days I was more into sports, never have they seen me carrying a romance novel around. But that was how they perceived me in the outside. But in the inside, I was, and still am a romantic at heart. I started collecting these novels in mid 80’s that not only I but also my sisters and friends would borrow them, all were addicted to them. Sometimes it’s even hard to keep track where my books were!
To date, I say Barbara McMahon is one of my favorite novelists. I loved her “The Boss’ Little Miracle“, oh that was a joy to read. The way Barbara would bring her characters alive is just superb. She has that way of making your heart twitch when her characters seem to lose the way and then her way of bringing them back would make you want to jump for joy! I am sounding like a true fan, I know ha ha! But you have to admit that finding a good author/writer is essential for your reading enjoyment. I am looking forward purchasing more of this author’s future novels.
Anyway, I will never get tired of reading Mills and Boon romance novels, I think I will not even ‘outgrow’ it.
