“The Face behind the Blog” actually is the title for this meme which I inherited from Marie. For the love of Tarzan, it seems like it’s meme season again. Cool! Without further blahs, let me get down to this, here are never before shown mug shots of me, myself and my nose.
By now you all know my name. but my height, did you know? it’s 5′6″. My weight, did you know? well, I don’t think you should. Did you know that I was 18 years old when I graduated from college? Just 4 months before my 19th birthday, but still I wasn’t the youngest in my class to graduate. Ida, a friend of mine was even younger.
I am married to a dutch gentleman for 7 years and 7 months now. I am the house commander, huband is my co *lol* We have no children though I often refer to my pets: a pug named Charlie and ferrets Gizmo and Jacob, as my children.
I’m handy with tools, I can operate all our home appliances but I can’t say the same about my husband. I’m becoming addicted to photography that my bank account is missing some digits now. I only started to cook when I got married. I’m not much of a movie person but I like music. I keep myself updated by reading online infos about new gizmos. I confront problems with solutions, I am easy to talk to (at least I think so.) I think I’ve a generous heart that no matter how often it got marred, it heals and continues to love. I’ve an utter dislike for individuals who try to bring other people down just because life has thrown them challenges and difficulties. What I don’t understand is that most of them are intelligent people who unfortunately choose not to throw back life’s punches but instead settle for being b*tches, they think they have the right but really, they are just a bunch of *Thess motioning the ‘L’ on her forehead*.
On the more sensitive side, I’ll be hitting my 4th decade next year, if God permits. I’ve seen other people my age letting go, especially the women. I don’t ‘let go’ but try to take care of myself. Gravity pulls really hard but I pull back. Ladies, you know what I mean, ja? No, not surgeries but simple workouts like doing side, front, and back kicks to keep the sagging bumbum if not firm at least not touching the floor or sit-ups to keep the midsection from bloating. I dye my hair. I already have gray strands since my 18th (dad’s side.)
I think women are more intelligent than men. Ha ha ha!
well, I guess that’s just about it. By the way, this isn’t a Q & A meme, I just thought of doing mine so.
Some of the bloggers I know who posted picture/s of me on their blogs: Cheh, Atinna, Beng and Sofie. ( I did not include photos of them, out of respect)
And here’s the instruction to this meme :
1st step - Post a short blog article that includes a photograph (or a series of photos) showing the face behind your blog. If you already showed a photo somewhere on your site (such as in your about page), then make your post more interesting and choose a photo that’s not currently online.
2nd step - Include links to other people that have displayed a photo, or include their photos in your post, adding a reference.
3rd step - Tag as many others as you like in your post to spread the meme.
4th step - If you link back to me here and send an email I’ll be sure to include links back to you. Each person tagged should create their own post and repeat the process.
People I’d Love to Tag:
babyrambutan, rose, ironnie, sardonicnell, Sha, chechay and atinna (do not fly to manila w/o doing this. )
DAVID AIREY::graphic designer has started this meme and if you could pop up to his blog to, he will add your link to his list.
below is the list of bloggers who got tagged. if you’ll do this, just add your link in the end.
