Crunchy Chicken skin
Whenever I’m in Thailand, this is one of my favorite muchies….crispy chicken skin! Normally sold in the streets of Thailand. And usually women sell them. Pushing their cart with a wok filled with cooking oil, they actually fry these while walking the streets. Sometimes they have spicy vegetables salad to accompany the chicken. And yes, even rice!
But during Thailand vacation, I always reserve rice during dinner time. But this shicken skin, I’d never skip!
