My husband and I went out to dine one evening, just in our old city. On the way to the parking area we had to cross over a small bridge where I couldn’t help but stop on my track when I saw the lights reflecting on the water.
If only such scene exists in reality. Without editing.

Wonder what is the most expensive camera in the world? I would answer the cameras NASA is using! But okay, let’s stay on earth to find the answer…
here’s the latest news I just read from Yahoo:
We’ve seen our share of expensive cameras. The Phantom v1610, for instance, is capable of shooting 1 million frames per second — a feat that will cost you $100,000. But that’s a veritable bargain compared to this 1923 Leica camera that just sold at auction for 2.16 million euros ($2.8 million), an absolute record.
German camera-maker Leica is one of the most famous names in high-quality cameras. A new Leica can run you as much as $31,700. But this 1923 0-series Leica is a piece of camera history, one from the first batch of 31 cameras the company ever created. Only about 12 are known to still exist; fewer still are in such a pristine condition. That means this camera can command top dollar — or, in this case, top euro.
The camera was purchased by an anonymous European buyer. In 2007, a similar Leica 0-series sold for $430,000; in 2011 one sold for $1.7 million. Given the rapid increase of price in these cameras, we think we’ll keep using Instagram to take our hipster-quality photos, thank you very much.

This is a flat in Rotterdam that I passby each time we visit the place.
This was shot with iPhone4s and edited on my ipad2. Those gulls were not added but were really flying above my head that day.

Can you identify the kind of flower this is? (^0^)
I just took a photo of it, actually did not intend to take a shot while it was inverted. And I also did not intend for the result of my editing to come out like this. I just kept on increasing, decreasing, layering, blah blah until I stopped to look at this result, then I decided to finally stop. Enough playing with apps.
And they say there’s no life in Mars?!!

Last Monday (April 30) was koninginnedag or queen’s day in Holland. It was a holiday so cities were filled with people. And that’s what my husband and I avoided so we went biking around the city where people were nowhere to be seen. Oh well, 1 or 2 walked pass us by.
This is what I found along the way. I thought of photographing the backside for a change. Whatyathink?

My husband has got a collection of ironcasted model trains. He’s been collecting since his teen-years. These trains are quality, not those you can buy from toy stores but special model trains/cars/airplanes dealer. When I first saw them I was like: ‘Boys will be boys’ But really who am I to even say that when I , myself has a collection of dolls. Ha ha ha!
Anyhow, his trains come handy whenever I needed a subject for macro photography. Especially the tiny people on his village. I can use them all whenever I want to as long as I don’t lose any of them. Shhh, I already lost 1 tiny girl :/ Must have vacuumed it or it fell somewhere and I didn’t noticed.
But now I am pretty careful with the miniatures. After using them I safety place them back in their respective boxes.
One of them is what you se on the photo. Sitting on the edge of my watch.
Pretty cool, huh?

Hah! I think I just found the app that completed my collection for photo editing, yay!
I always admire photos with beautiful softness tone applied on them but I never really tried doing it myself, editing to produce such. So I finally did 2 nights ago and I’m so happy with the result. This was my first edit job.
Actually the rose was pink

Ang mga nasa larawan na ito ang nagpapasakit ng ulo at mata ko! Bakit kamo? Dahil madalas ko silang ginagami sa macro photography at ang pinakapaborito ko pa’ng gamitin ay yung pinakamaliit na kapag huminga o gumalaw ako ng konti ay nahuhulog agad!
