Khao Phad Kung or Shrimp Fried Rice
Just a simple recipe I have posted on my foodblog and I thought of sharing the photo here. This usually happens when I have rice left overs. During my Thailand visit last year, I bought a Thai cook book which is all about fried rice and this is one recipe in the book.

hey thess, that looks yummy. just had a thai friend who came cooked thai fried rice for us last saturday. it was good too.
