Let’s go inside the Colosseum (061)
I’m postimg more than 1 photo for my project 365 this time.
They’re all clickable to enlarge.
Photo on top: A cross that would greet you upon entering the ground area of the Colosseum. Would have loved to shoot it without anyone standing there though…
2nd photo: Where the gladiators and animals were kept before any ‘game’, that’s what it was for the Romans back then, just a game.
an amphitheater built not just spectator sports, or theatrical performances but mostly for blood…
Emperors gave breads and provided games to the Romans to keep them happy.
