Or so I feel.
I was never really a big fan of dolls, whether plastic or ceramic. Probably because I have this wild imagination since I was a kid and when playing with my siblings, we would use dolls to frighten each other, we sometimes would say: look, she’s looking at you everywhere you go, see, the eyes are alive..the doll is alive!! and well, we used those frightening voices too to terrify the wits out of each other! At times when the teasing became too much, we ended up in real cat fights! *lol*
But anyway back to dolls…when I saw this doll on top of my friend’s drawer, ’she’ changed my view of dolls. I don’t know why but there was something on her face that I find gentle, not scary at all. She doesn’t even fall under the ‘cute’ category , in my opinion..but there’s something about her.
What I find cute is the way she sits on top of the drawer.

She reminds me of those dolls that are modeled after images of actual children. Her eyes draw me in. I think she’s lovely.

No, I am not a fan of these “lifelike” dolls.
Just starting my own blog now. See how it goes. Need to work my way through Wordpress. It is more difficult than blogpsot.
Not sure when I can have a set up that I am comfortable with.

I really love dolls infact up to now may mga dollsl parin ako..ipakikita ko sayo sa pix ang mga to..c charlotte parang inocente,angela is parang angel at c althea ay sofisticated naman ang dating..You wil also love them
dati nung bata pa kami ng twin sis ko kambal din dolls namin….hehehehe ndi lang takot ang dom sa manika…sindak na sindak…hehehe

The doll looks so real. The only doll I have when I was little was a Raggedy Ann doll. For some reason, I wasn’t into dolls at all… hehehe.
