Luma Na (LP)

What still surprises me the most in Europe is how  (most) Europeans value old things. From buildings, arts, homes to name a few.. and of course cars. Seeing vintage cars on streets and highways is very normal around here. On my wedding alone, we used a 1935 Citroen and coming from a country where old is old - pangit! -I was a bit surprised when I saw the wedding car (kasing antigo naming mag-asawa ha ha!) But old is valued here, the older the better! (Oh ha, valuable ako dito ;) )

the above photo was a 1930 restored Ford. The board says : “A Ford 1930, restored, but rides like a train”

Every two years our city holds steam engines exhibition. From boats to trains, firetrucks and cars. This year they also exhibited a few very old cars running on gas, quite a success as people flocked around them, touching them.  I guess most guys wanted to ride them too.

:cute:

Thess, kaya ang ganda sa europa eh… puro history kahit saan ka magpunta (and I did not mean the people ha).
