Post Christmas dinner entry ..part 1
I have been planning on posting our Christmas dinner which I prepared but my timing was always off. Only now that I got the chance so I’ll try to at least post the first two courses on our little menu that evening.
Christmas dinner for me and my little family – that’ll be my husband, my dad in law and I – is important. It has always been just the 3 of us every year so dinner has to be interesting that’s why I always try my best to come up with a special menu each year. my husband had to laugh because i wasn’t only a cook but our photographer as well during special dinners like this. But I don’t mind. I love doing both, cooking and taking photos.
