Spiced red cabbage

A side dish I made on Christmas eve dinner-for-two. It was my very first time to make it and if you just allow me to say it, it was good. “Erg lekker! echt nederlandse rodekool! je mag hetI shall be vaak koken, lieverd” ( really good! this is a real dutch red cabbage! you should make this often, sweetheart – my husband.)
Well I’ll be posting the recipe on my foodblog soon.. only I am trying to fill the ‘Food’ category on this blog (lost almost all of them due to my ex-webhost .)

I just love this kind of cabbage and it's a must to the spare ribs we have at Xmas in Norway – my mouth is watering

Hello Renny! It was my first time to prepare this and my husband gave it a thumbs up. I have to agree with you, this sure is great with spare ribs. We had it with Argentine steak…oh la la!
